Vy’s Closet beautiful, sheer, ruffled blouse, size M

Size M, but I believe it is between a medium and large The armpit to armpit measurement, laying flat, is approximately 19 inches The décolleté is very alluring and ties in the center creating a peep hole to show off your bosom there are spaghetti straps for stability keeping the cold shoulder design. The ruffles down the front and along the edge of the collar and hem of the lantern sleeve are edged with delicate crocheted trim. The care tag has been removed and I cannot guess the fabric content except to say that it looks like a sheer linen but it possesses an ability to keep its ruffled shapes. All that said, I researched Vy’s and it is looks to be anchored in Southern California. In my opinion this lovely garment looks in new condition
