W 9/10 Coral dress with Diamond Belt

I bought this coral dress for a one time event. I only wore it that one time, and I no longer fit into it. This dress is perfect for prom, formal, quince, etc. This dress fits me short, but I am also 5’9. So it would probably be longer if you are shorter! This is a 9/10, I think it is juniors but I’m not sure. In the last two pictures it shows small stains smaller than half a dime. They are not noticeable because they are within the ruffles the dress has!
