ems515 @aletalane lol you sound like me....so flat measurement is about 13 inches so all the way around should be about 26 inches and it's meant to sit at high waist.

ems515 @aletalane no worries -- haha so as usual I have an embarrassingly large number of items that I've never worn and this happens to be one of them. However, in my head I imagined it with a white or navy silk cami on top. As for shoes, if you want to dress down then just flat sandals (think silver, gold, tan, red, or black would look nice) would work. If you want it dressier then high heel sandals would be nice. Or even white sneakers if you're into the whole sneaker-with-everything trend!!
