WACOM Graphire 4 CTE-440 Drawing Tablet with the tablet and pen. The original mouse is not included (it doesn't work that great anyway). I'm the original owner and the tablet is barely used. Pen works, but the sensitivity pressure doesn't work on Windows 10 or MacOS 10.13 and up (I have only tested this on my computers, I haven't tested on older Windows or MacOS. The last time I used it where the pressure is guaranteed to work was on Windows Vista and MacOS Snow Leopard. According to online forums, you can download legacy drivers online that make everything works perfectly on latest OS.
