This person bought a pair of Gucci shoes in perfect condition. I included pictures and a video on the listing for reference! After sending a low ball offer, I agreed to sell her the shoes for a lower price than I initially offered. I shipped the shoes immediately after the purchase went through, she received the shoes, and, for my surprise, she opened a case stating that the shoes were falling apart! The pictures she included clearly showed how she was pulling the edges of the shoes! (refer to the last 2 pictures) On the pictures, it is clearly noticeable how she is applying such pressure to the edges of the shoe that even the factory glue came off! For my surprise and after sending evidence to Poshmark, they approved her the case within minutes of her opening it. Be careful who you sell to. This person opened the case, looking to get reimbursed and damaged the shoes to get her way. PATHETIC!!!

sandras_styles @bjsantiago73 this is absolutely awful. I would appeal again because if you have video, I would send it again and just tell them how disappointed you are.

cinzianyc @bjsantiago73 wow! BJ. I had a similar case and despite evidence PM 99% sides with buyer. The buyer rip a brand new pair of shoes. As if we don’t inspect before shipping. I hope you win the appeal.

bjsantiago73 @cinzianyc Hi girl! The shoes never arrived! I opened a case with Poshmark and the post office. After a few days, Poshmark approved my case and reimbursed me the $ of the sale. I hope the post office also comes through, and hopefully, they can locate the package. I wanted to see the damage made by this buyer. You know me, I had never sent out broken shoes!

bjsantiago73 Poshmark came through and reimbursed the funds. The shoes got lost in transit. I wanted so badly to get them back to see the damage made. Hopefully, the post office will locate the package 📦

cinzianyc @bjsantiago73 I’m glad it’s resolved! Of course, you wouldn’t have sold damaged shoes. It’s a good idea to video every shipment just in case…. PM forces us to do this with their leniency with buyers. 😉
