addyjackson123 @ronniesaenz oh I'm sorry girl I hate people like that too! I always look at feedback and all sold/traded listings before I purchase or trade, and if there are more than one negative thing I won't do it. lol and when people still ask if her listings were still available even after she was a known scammer blows my mind! Read people read!!! Lol it makes me so mad!!!

addyjackson123 @shopperjess221 well girl I'm not sure. You can report her closet to posh, and then send them an email explaining what happened. If it was a trade then there isn't anything they can do, since they don't support it. I was scammed on another site, and I sent my stuff first figured id give her the benefit of the doubt. Well 3 weeks went by and she wouldn't respond, lied twice said she had shipped, wouldn't provide tracking and she traded the items I sent her already so I couldn't get my stuff back. Anyhow I threatened her with going to my police and hers, and file a fraud complaint with the USPS postal inspector. Gave her two days to ship, and of course she responded and shipped. Your best bet is to have all proof she scammed you, go to your PO, and ask them how you would go about filing a complaint against her. Fraud with them can result in jail time and I'd be sure to let her know it could be a possibility. Usually they ship pretty quick after that detail. Hope that helps Hun!

addyjackson123 @andreamensen I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to respond! I took awhile off from posh, and just started back up again. Anyway I didnt end up pressing charges because once she was threatened with the outcome of being a thief, she her end of the trade. Mind you I sent her 3 of my items for 1 of hers. I sent my items out the next day, it took her 3 weeks to w me mine, after posting and trading my stuff. Then went on to say bs excuses to me and 7 other ladies why she couldn't ship. She finally shipped after I posted this little gem and tagged her in it. Though 3 of those girls I'm not even sure they received their ends of the trades.!Of course it was on another app Apple had (Sass), since then I deleted both afraid to be cheated. I know shortly after I deleted it, I searched Apple for it again, to see if those ladies got their things back or their end of the trade and the app was Nonexistent. So now I'm back on posh a year later hoping for a better outcome. I know trading is risky, but when done with the right ladies it can be awesome. Of course I'm sure you've been buying, selling, and maybe trading. I hope you've had a great time on here and nobody has tried to steal form you!
