@chapell217 Isn't a shame we have to do this????? Besides the :scammers: i sent a package that USPS lost, Posh refunded my buyer and i kept in touch with her the ENTIRE time, as well as followed tracking. She was SO MAD that nothing came even though it had started tracking. As if I have control over the mail! GRRRR

@bothsidesnow Exactly! We are NOT responsible for USPS loosing packages. If that went to court she would loose. She’s responsible to open a case with USPS. Buyers should have the option to insure the package through the postal service. Who refunds buyers back for funds if lost product? It’s up to the buyer on eBay to add on insurance. It’s better to have this disclaimer up so if they open a case up Posh can refer to this and say seller has USPS is responsible for packages once dropped off.

@bothsidesnow I’m really sorry that happened to you. There is a Facebook group that complains daily of having cases open on them from numerous complaints. Posh allows buyers to return do ridiculous reasons (doesn’t fit, wrong color, purse too big and so on) This is another reason I put this up. I also left that group. Posh has a no return policy that they should stick to. It’s crazy.

Love this! I had to do something similar regarding shipping. I have noticed a lot of credit card fraud notifications from Poshmark after the buyer has purchased something, reason why I stopped shipping within a day. I also had a buyer who intentionally damaged a brand new purse while processing her return claim, Poshmark requested she send me back the purse along with reimbursing me for it.

@chapell217 omg! I absolutely LOVE this!!! Making one is now at the top of my things to do list 😂 I saw in the comments someone asked you what to do if someone gives you a bad rating for no reason that you can dispute it with posh? How do you do that? I had this lady give me a one star rating because "it wasn't what she expected". It was complete bs 😡 I make sure all my listings are super detailed and I always take tons of pictures.

@chapell217 Poshmark's rating algorithm is ridiculous. It was one bad rating that happened a while ago and, even though I've only received five star ratings since they still have me stuck at 4.9 🤷🏻♀️ Sorry for venting in an extremely long comment, could you tell it still bothers me a little 😂 I hope you don't mind me asking, but what do you do when someone just doesn't leave a review?

@moonrose171 Oh no please share your concerns! Posh workers🕵️♂️ spy🕵️♀️ so let them see. I don’t feel that PM should allow the ignorance of buyers at all for ratings, disputes or returns. It’s ridiculous they do nothing to protect the buyer so I made up this disclaimer. So think about it for a minute. We are NOT responsible for the package once it leaves out hands and is in the possession of the USPS.

@moonrose171 So if I have proof such as video recording when packaging that is legally binding so go ahead PM and try me if a buyer does a dispute. IF they had any sense at all they would allow the buyers to add on optional shipping insurance during the checkout and optional buyers insurance to cover their purchase. I’ve notice a lot of what PM allows from what I seen posted in chat groups is so illegal if taken to court.

@moonrose171 Oh and for the under 5 star ratings I go on the poshers meet the poshers picture post and call them out on it and demand for them to give me an explanation. Hey they own me that. It only happened once and I got an4 star but get this she wrote a perfect review so I was pissed. So why give me 4?!? I definitely don’t stay quiet. Like today with the one who stole my posh Ambassador picture from my post further down my page

What if they (photos) are of one size and they are reposhing a different size? What if they don’t ask to use photos/charts and you’re still selling the item? What if they don’t tell you? Now if they didn’t and I found out about it. Then that’s when I do what I normally do. I screenshot what they stole from me. Then my original post and make a new listing explaining to poshers why this is bad posh etiquette. Then Tag everyone.
