WASSINO size 8 dress in blue and black - only worn twice

This dress is in great condition. I got it a few years back from either a discount store or a thrift store, but I only ended up wearing it twice and I’m trying to get rid of it. It’s a size 8. Blue and black. Thick tank straps in the top and a flowy bottom, but fits nicely in the midsection.
