jordanhubert @heather_lowin I can get exact measurements later but I was about a size US 8 in this picture but would say they’d fit anywhere from a US 4 - US 8 maybe even a 10. The sides are able to be taken apart and sewn to make smaller/bigger.

jordanhubert @heather_lowin I added the measurements to the pictures! The last picture shows the clasp on the bottoms where the seam can be undone with some sewing and adjusted to make smaller or larger if needed.
