WDNY Sparkly Pleated Chevron Skirt

This lightweight fabric is sparkly and fun! Pleats under a wide elastic band. The bottom half is a chevron design. Lined. There are pulls that go diagonally, flaws, but they look like part of the design. (photos 6, 8) I have priced the skirt accordingly. Measurements: 30-36 at waist, hips 54, 29 long from waistband to hem. It's a beautiful skirt for a special occasion.
