WE Black Razor Back Dress

A perfect dress for all seasons. Wear it alone in the spring and summer with some sandals or with a cardigan in the fall and winter with a pair of ankle boots! This came with a belt originally, so add your own to jazz up the style of this dress! Loops still in tact. Size small, but fabric has a lot of give to it so would fit an xs to a medium body pretty well.
