"WE VERA" COOL DRESS WITH A CITY SCENE LIKE NYC 6

This dress is really cute. It is a cream and black with side zip and a button loop on the back with an opening as the design. See the last picture shows the opening. It's nice weighted cotton. I think the design looks more like NYC but you can pick any city you want. The design is really cute. 17.5" armpit to armpit. The waist is fitted at 29" and the length is 37.5". This dress was worn 2 times.
