@traceyrico323 I've been feeling the same way. It took a lot to get out of bed this morning. Just remember that hopefully the next day will be better. That's what I have to do. Our kids depend on us. Most of the time we don't think we deserve it but a break is always good. I have one daughter and she only has me..If you know what I mean. I try to find some down time for myself, even if it's after she's tucked in. You're doing GREAT 💞

@reevesrachel52 yes totally understand I have 1 daughter as well. The bond is very special , super natural almost lol. I can often sense when somethings wrong w/her.
