vanicast13 @wolfekrest awww❤️❤️ yes they are such beautiful creatures. My baby is the sweetest. People say oh he looks scary but when they get to know him they are like omg he’s so cool. He just loves to play, be pet and give kisses. Sometimes our little dog will be mean to him but he’s so loving that he just takes it even though he’s like 5 times bigger lol

vanicast13 @wolfekrest that is a wonderful dream!! I always loved watching pit bulls & paroles because of how they would save the poor babies but sometimes they can’t help even if they want to with funding and laws :( so sad. I wish I lived near there I would totally go and volunteer. Hopefully one day I can make a trip out to Villa Lobos 😭😭❤️

I know how hard it is not seeing them for a long time I had to go through the same thing❤️ your sister is proving everyone wrong & I love that!! Everyone says pit bulls can’t be service dogs but in my opinion they are the best ones! Most loyal and will protect their family. My sister has autism and she LOVESSSSSS our pitty and he loves her! (She sneaks him a cheeseburger once in awhile when we aren’t looking >.< lol

We kept her in high school until she was about 22 (which is the limit here), we kept her home for a year and then enrolled her in CIP (community integration program) she is a bit high functioning but not high enough to live alone or anything. She has to depend on us for most things. But I love the program and so does she. They go to “volunteer sites” so for example they will go to the local humane society and play with bunnies for like therapy

vanicast13 @boutthatlife90 we don’t have a service dog but it’s something about animals that are special and keep her calm. She has sensory issues but when the dogs are near her or lay next to her she seems to stay pretty calm

vanicast13 @boutthatlife90 speech therapy really helped my sister. It’s still hard sometimes for strangers to understand her but I totally understand. It’s funny sometimes people will look at me to see what she said and I’m like ok teri let’s try that again slowly. I try and get her to order her own food but she loves the kids menu & sometimes people will look at us weird like why is an adult eating off the kids menu but I don’t care if I have to speak to a manager I will lol
