The best place for inspiration is in the mirror. You can change things you don't like & grow the things you like! Either way, your inspired to do something! I do not have MS so you inspire me! Im 58 & moved here 3 years ago & can't seem to connect here. I find the New England mentality a bit harsh at times. Im a social worker & liberal so its been tough but Im doing it!

It can be tough at times, and year I totally agree, the mentality can be more harsh than we are used to back home. I find its overwhelming at first because you want the items or inventory out there. Once you find what works for you, one item at a time can be redone!! Its actually good to update the cover shots. I decided to keep it simple and model only because it helps with scale comparison and I get asked a lot to try things on to see fit. Now its just part of my thing. Many users do not like stock photos. Its far better visually to see an item in an actual person in my opinion! Im glad you stopped by!

If photos of modeling is what they want, I get paid to accommodate. Thats prudent business practice!! Funny thing is, Im a retired child welfare social worker with no experience in fashion other than I know what I like!! Its a learning process for sure!

I have to say I have been lucky not get scammed but Im mostly a buyer other than shoes and other than a wrong size listed, things have been fine for the most part. I have had a few buyers try to file a false claim but I won those by having photos of the item prior to shipping. This has 500 character limit so my answer will continue in parts!

Im learning in business being fair is not the norm unless you stick to your standards and do practice respect & fairness. You are bound to find the bad eggs now that the app is expanding. The best thing to do is read lovenotes to see the buyer or sellers satisfaction & try to buy from Suggested Users.

You kind find a revolving list of SU closets at the suggestions page of the app. They change each day and I find shopping these closets prove safest. Make sire to ask questions in the comment section under the listing because those comments may help win a dispute in the event you open one of a buyer from you.

spadoni57 @lisasandler Ok so you are not the same body type as me and thats often the case. Thats why you use a flat lay & a white back ground. I use a 1/8" piece of a flexible piece of mdf material covered by white. Its at any home depot by a sheet and you can have it cut. My piece is 18"x24" so its not big at all. The secret is taking the photo standing over the item. You just have to experiment, have good natural lighting. I do photos when the sun is right. I dont have any fancy stuff at all

Ive had people tell me they didn't like certain things & I listened to them for the most part but found myself too! I first met Kelly and to,d her the same thing when she started, find what feels right for you & now look at her! I use ipad, piece of board & shoes 4 props! Try different things & makes it fun. If its stressful, walk away 4 awhile!

I eat fairly well and all I do is damn 50 squats a day. My stomach is a road map of scars from various surgeries. I had spine fusion, disc replaced and a graft in 2007 thru my stomach. Its not a pretty sight and it bothers me a lot but what can you do. You play up your assets whatever they are!!

The price is the first clue and the card kind of looks rainbowish but the biggest tell is the location of the inside sticker. I can see it on the top right corner. CHANEL never puts it there but replicas do. For a replica like this with card, new etc, they are about $300 or so. That was even a lot for a fake. Im glad your friend checked first!! hispath5 I have purchased a CHANEL GST black w/ shw that according to the code would have been made in 09-10. I already own a white GST produced in 06-08. Shouldn't they measure exactly the same? When the black arrived it had a considerable amount of "slouching" (which I was not expecting) and looked smaller to me. Measuring it I found all measurements exact except it is 1/2 inch shorter in height. I can't find any reason to think it isn't authentic but that half inch is really bugging me!

Sometimes the leather will cause an inch 0:5.5" change due to stretching & slouching. Some factories have a bit different process. CHANEL does make a few errors believe it or not. I would be glad to look at the sticker later today if you,like! I cant ext you when I get home!

I began posh about four months ago but knew I did not have the up-to-date fashions in smaller sizes demanded by a lot of the public. I spent three months purchasing things to reposh from 2 lovely ladies. I enjoyed your closet but did not get all the way through. Gives me a good reason to come back and stroll through again. I was a child protection social worker for the govt 75k a year job & 15 years in. Left it all...struggling hard with the decision because its not a good fit. We have been married for 5 years but only lived here 3. I think Im too old to change! I don't want to! Im liberal & he is not! I think Ill end up back home!

I was actually offered a contract for models over 50 but my husband frowned on it so I realized my free spirit is not as free here. spadoni57 @buffyram Thank you. I see they can not remove the sold banner which means you have to create new listings for them. You can just do a one cover shot for each one and include " see description" in sold listing if thats easier. Sorry about that but the skirt hauled me back in. Once you have the other three listed, I will bundle all 4. If you did t save the photos, just screen shot the cover shots and make it out of those! I appreciate your time!

spadoni57 @buffyram I understand completely. I can post a photo of how it arrived if you want to see it. It was all open on one side you could see the snakeskin jacket & skirt. The tape was not secured; it was pretty much open. Its the only reason I rated 5 star. It would not be fair to those who address all " points" if I rated everyone 5. If the item is as described, shipped promptly., clean & packaged safely, I rate 5 always. I can show you how it arrived.

It was actually difficult not to just rate you on the quality of items because they are beautiful! Personally the system is a bit flawed and misused & abused it times. Make some cute cover shots, make your first sale and then decide if you really like it. Things that we really like will come naturally if we are open to it! Now my husband and I work out a share system which includes new & old but mostly my own. I'm part of a Facebook group that I give time to for tips with many others. I'm set really in terms of a " system" but it took 3 + years. I will share your items!!

It takes a bit of time because she is in demand but I know she does get back to you if you email her thru her website. That will help you think of a price. It depends on the brand, condition & popularity. If I think of anyone else I will let you know. Poshmark does it but it cost $35 so Carol is your best bet. Comp them on here too even if your not sure of authenticity yet!!
