@suelee16 I'm just wondering if everyone experiences "having a case opened" against something they sold- i feel like I'm doing well at describing any item that is sold with flaws- Poshmark just approved a return for something I disclosed, and I have a feeling there is a case about to be opened against me for some Calvin Klein shoes I sold even though I triple checked the buyer was okay with the issues.does everyone experience this? Or do I need to do something different?

@routique Hi! I'm happy to help. Please know that there is a learning curve for all new Poshers โ from rules and etiquette to tools and strategies. First, I suggest that you only ever sell gently worn or new items. Then, provide a very thorough description of the item you are selling. That should include information about any flaws, damage, or wear. Then be sure to take ultaโclear pictures of the item, highlighting flaws,

@suelee16 I only had one case opened against me for a 200+ Brooks Brothers blazer, pure wool, suede elbow patches and listed for 40. She low-balled me for 20$. I accepted, my bad. She claimed there was a pin hole in the wine colored heather wool. Her pictures didnโt show a thing! PM backed me 100%!

Hi Sue! Sorry for the delay. I couldnโt locate the bag but finally found it today, but unfortunately the material started to crack & crumble off. Must be bc I live a few blocks from the beach bc itโs been happening to other PU bags as well: Iโd be happy to send you pics bc itโs not so terrible to the point that itโs unusable but you should check it out & let me know if u still want it.

I just got an email that said you wanted to return your entire box bc I included a free shirt that you liked & im really confused. I reached out to you 3 times before I shipped it to let you know the purse had started peeling. I wanted to send you pics to see if you still wanted it but I never heard back from you so I shipped it with a note explaining all of this & included the shirt that you liked to make up for the bag. So why did you also want to return the suit, shoes & skirt?

Sorry, I read the email wrong. The reason for return was due to the item having more wear than stated, not the free shirt, which was just the bag right? bc the other items were new. The skirt had never been worn, the suit was worn once & the shoes were only tried on in the store. Since the bag was only $6 I didnโt think youโd mind getting the shirt you liked instead, but I guess I was wrong so my apologies for that. Iโm still unsure why you returned everything else so pls let me know, thnx

@wendycaccessory Hi Wendy, Iโve started a busy new job and Iโm able to be on Poshmark as I would like. My interest was in pairing the ankle boots with the pretty metallic purse. With the significant purse damage, that wasnโt possible. The other couple of items I added for the bundle discount โ I thought I might send those to my daughter in PA. Poshmark requires that ALL items be returned together. Thank you for your understanding and Happy Poshing! ๐

Itโs one of my faves so Iโve had it priced for $35, but if you want to get it and the shoes again Iโll reduce the price to $15 for you. I just shared it so itโs at the very top of my closet so take a look & let me know if youโd like it and then Iโll reduce the price & relist the shoes

@suelee16 did you get a chance to check out the metallic clutch? Itโs a minauderie and comes with a chain strap. Itโs so cute that I wanted to keep it which is why I had it priced at $35 but the retail price of it was either $65 or $70, so $35 isnโt bad esp since I never used it so $15 is a steal! I double checked it too and itโs in perf condition- no peeling bc itโs made from diff material so check it out bc itโll look super cute with those shoes!

yay for rescues! so many over my lifetime but right now one boy and one girl. we can't figure out if they're brother and sister or they love each other. They sit next to each other on the armchair and put their arms around each other. Cats dot-dot-dot so sweet so loving so worth it. Who saved who?

I adopted them from two different shelters on the same day when they were each 3-4 months old. Then I crossed my fingers.... And I got lucky! exactly. Adopting you never know what you're going to get. My mom says that I have and knack for picking cats. And they loved each other dearly and it's the cutest thing and it's one of the things that if you're down sad or you had a weird day you just look at them and that smile is back on your face animals are angels on Earth.
