Top of shoulder to bottom hem (drop) 31" Chest circumference (not stretched) underarm 29" Black sparkly sequined mini from Wet Seal in excellent pre-owned condition with no noticed defects. Adjustable straps, solid band under the bust in the front (empire high waist) with a tie in the back and the same fabric in a band at the bottom hem. This dress has a good amount of stretch.
