WHBM Belted Scarf Print Dress

Versatile dress by WHBM. Can be business casual, great for a baby shower, can be dressed up, etc. A great staple in your closet that can be your go-to. Size XXS, but I wear a small regularly and it fit me great - just more fitted. Can be worn with and without the belt.
