WHBM Black Semi Formal Strapless Dress

White House Black Market semi formal/cocktail dress, is a black sheer layer overlaying a nude lining with some really cute striping detail in the fabric. Also has ties that come from the sides to make a bow in the back. Size 4 but fits a bit bigger than a normal 4 and the chest area is even still a bit bigger too.
