WHBM Black dress with eyelet detail, short sleeves, t-shirt/shirt waist

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kendallmills797. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This fits a size 2-4 and is loose through the body - very forgiving but slimming with or without a belt. Classy and perfect with a brown belt and boots for casual or silver and black accessories to dress it to a whole new level! Questions? Leave a comment below!
