shadowshopper16 @raqmoj75 sorry for the delay! I had a long day at work today and just got home. It is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. It is definitely stretchy if that helps.

shadowshopper16 @dallasjudy this top is also adjustable because of the halter that ties in the back. I don't have a focal point at the top of the shirt that I can measure from, but from Bottom of bust (where the ruching is) to the bottom of the shirt it is 13.5 inches on the side. This is a very conservative measurement and that is the shortest portion of the shirt. As you can see it's angled. At the longest portion of the shirt is 21 inches from the bottom of the bust to the point at the bottom of the shirt.
