mabevied Hi what are the measurements? Length, waist hip?

sherryw3 @mabevied ~ the skirt is a sz small ~ the Length is 21", it has an elastic waistband - but un stretched it is 13 1/2" and hips measures about 18" Un stretched. The fabric is 92% polyester & 8% spandex. Hope this helps! 👍💖😉

mabevied Hi one more question. Are there little V's of ruffles across the bottom so it's like a trumpet skirt or is it one solid ruffle piece in a circle? It's hard to tell - black is difficult to photograph

sherryw3 @mabevied ~ I'm not home to try and take a better pic, but look at picture #4, I tried to zoom in so you could tell. It's the same material and there are 2 rows of ruffles. Hope that helps!
