This item is NWT. No flaws. This beautiful pencil skirt is fully lined and features a button and cuffs on the hips. The texture has a beautiful thread shimmer sewn in for a brilliant look and class. The color is the same as the stock photo. My lighting is a bit off. Approx Measurements (Flat Lay) Size US 4 (runs big) Waist: 15.1/4” Hips: 19” Length: 18.5” I do have the matching jacket/blazer, size 8, in my closet. I am 5’4, 130lbs, 34 DD, S/M build and the top and bottom fit me nicely.
