Gorgeous White House black market formal dress. Size 0 Main color is cream with black lace top. Zipper and eye hook closure. Original belt is missing but I have a cream one that I think looks pretty good with it. Bust measures approximately 14.5” flat across. Waist measures approximately 13” laid flat across approximately 30” long from top of side seam to hem. No stains or spots. One small pull on back panel near bottom hem.
