NWOT Size 2 White House Black Market cotton sateen halter top dress. Black with White stripes with half zip and hook and eye closure in the back, tie halter top. Great for any occasion and any time of year. One small red pen mark on back not noticeable while wearing (see photos for reference). Removed tag to try on for an event & decided to wear something else!!
