WHBM Dressy Pant

EUC since these were hemmed and NEVER WORN! Bummer. Now they don't fit me! Great dressy pant for parties and other social occasions. Simple and elegant! Flare bottoms look great with heels. Inseam is 29" and has a 1.75" hem that can be let down. Waist is 13.5" flat so 27" around. Side zip, no belt required. Rise is about 9 1/4" from crotch seam, it will set below the belly button in most cases.
