WHBM Embroidered Chiffon Skirt

This pretty and feminine, lightweight chiffon skirt is black with an allover ivory embroidered floral design. Easily transitions from day at work, to dinner, or with a tee for a more casual look. Sheer, fully lined, high waisted with a wide elastic waistband, in an a-line silhouette. Approx measurements: 13" waist, stretches to about 18"; 30" length, from the top of the waist band.
