Pretty Chambray blouse with ruffle bejeweled collar and hidden button placket. Sleeveless fitted, shirt tail hem, cotton/spandex. Hand wash line dry. Is new. Love this blouse but couldn’t get it to work for me as I needed a petite. Has been tried on and tried to tuck in.
