NWOT White House Black Market strapless ombré dress size 10. -Dress was never worn and has convertible straps still attached to the tag. -The top of the dress has boning to keep its shape and the bottom is fully lined. -There is a rubber band at the top of the bust to keep the dress from sliding down. -Side pockets (see pic). dawnzaremski @rodeo311 The area where the black bow goes around is 15.5” flat. The bust is 17.5”. The top of the dress is fitted down to the black bow like a bustier; however, there is additional room for the bust below the top of the dress. Armpit to top of black bow is 6.5”. There is some stretch as it has 3% spandex. The dress will not slide down because there is a rubber banding along the top rim.
