WHBM- NWT- White/Black Flower Print Long Sleeve Blouse with Silver flecks

WHBM long sleeve blouse, sleeves are somewhat sheer, while main part of blouse is like double layered so no see thru. It has a tie in the center. It has pretty details on the sleeves. I have never worn this, its beautiful but I love bright colors so figure if I haven't worn it yet I probably won't.
