WHBM Royal Blue, Elbow Length Sleeve Shirt

This is a medium-sized royal blue shirt from WHBM. The sleeves are elbow length. There's ruching in the shoulder area and a silver ornate piece at the collar, creating a keyhole look. I wore this piece to work often with an Express black mini skirt or black editor pants and black boots. The item has pilling (especially in the underarm area), consistent with a few years of wear. There is also a discoloration in the shoulder area, but none of these are noticeable unless looking up close. (Please see pictures) Comes from a smoke-free home.
