@amycdonahue While hanging...From top of shoulder to bottom of lining is 35". The fringe hangs another 2-12". The V-neck falls 8" from top of shoulder strap. Armpit seam to armpit seam is 17". There are 7 layers of fringe, and fringe is 6" long, and 2nd-7th layers are 5" apart. The width of the dress at fringe layer #2 just below armpit is 16-1/2", layer #3 is 16", #4 is 16-1/2", #5 is 18-1/2", then the lining at the last two fringe layers tops off at 20".
