WHBM Special Occasion Party Dress, Dark Blue and Black Floral Jacquard, Size 2

Gorgeous special occasion dress from White House Black Market. I cut the tags off thinking I was going to wear it but then discovered I had gained weight and it no longer fit through the middle. The material is beautiful and the dress is fully lined. The material is similar to a jacquard weave with large black roses that have hints of shimmery dark blue on a blue grey background. The dress has a V neckline embellished with sheer black trim. The dress sits at the high waist and has a dropped back with pleating, zipper and hook closure. It is a size 2 and measures 39.5" from the shoulder seam to bottom of the dress and 13.5" across the front high waist seam.
