wiked @csamson_0416 I usually wear a 9 but sometimes wear a 8.5 in this brand. However just a bit too tight for me. Also not much of a heel wearer so not as tolerant as ladies who wear them more often. I would say the run normal & not narrow or wide. They are patent leather so not much flex. Great support in that chunky heel.
