WHBM black and white skirt - size 0

This White House Black Market black and white skirt is absolutely adorable! Imagine Audrey Hepburn. The skirt has a high waist with inverted box pleats and falls below the knee. I wore it with the black top in the pic (also for sale). It would look cute with a red cardigan, too! It’s in excellent used condition. No stains, rips, tears or snags.
