White House black market Size 2 but could also fit a 4. Black, tea length, halter style chiffon/silk cocktail/evening dress. Ties at neck and zips up the back. Has an additional (not attached) sash that can be tied at the waist. Lined. No padding at the bust. Has been dry cleaned but has been hanging in my closet, recently discovered that it doesn’t fit :( Was also wore as my Audrey Hepburn Halloween costume! No flaws or signs of wear! Super pretty dress!
