wendy_craig @slmitchell88 hi, this fits me just below my chest and right above my belly button. I am a size 10 and am short waisted, with a 34DD chest. When measured flat from shoulder to herm it is @16 in. ( to the best of my ability as i am neither a tailor nor a sewer!)
