WHBM cocktail dress

Beautiful black and Steele grey cocktail dress. Fully lined. Has belt loops, but does not come with a belt. Side zipper. Strapless, so the length from the top is measured under the armpit NOT the shoulder. Worn once and dry cleaned. Size 6. I also have the exact same style dress NWT (comes with belt and straps in my closet) **My sister in law is currently pregnant, and is trying to get rid of her clothing that is overflowing into what will be the baby’s room.
