WHBM cocktail dress, size 6

Versatile, chic, and very flattering due to the bell cut. This dress broadens from above the waist so you don’t have to suck your tummy in and just enjoy this flawless look. Works great as a cocktail dress, theater outfit (see the complementing black shoulder shrug and slip on high heels I have posted), or for attending a summer wedding. It has an adorable red under-layer (cotton). Worn once (for my rehearsal dinner!).
