WHBM holiday halter Sz XS

Beautiful mix of textured design with velvet trim. Has 3 securely fastened covered buttons at neck with loops. There are 2 small snags on the back near the neck. See pics 3 & 4. They came from hugs received at the Christmas party. Any pronged jewelry (in this case it was bracelets worn by the huggers) will snag this fabric. These won't even be noticeable when worn.
