WHBM strapless dressy top

A classic strapless top by WHBM, circa 2010. In white satin fabric and black embroidered flowers. Ribbon embellished top and hem. Full zipper and hook closure in the back. Approx. measurements: pit to pit 16”, at the narrowest part of top 14.75”, top to bottom on the side 18”.
