WHBM Embroidered Ombré White Boot Skirt size 8 NWOT

White House Black Market Ombré Boot Skirt with black and brown/bronze embroidery, size 8. Side zipper and skirt is lined. New WITHOUT tags. Was tried on but never worn out. See last three photos for imperfections, which appear to be loose threads/small snags, possible light marks. They are barely noticeable, but zoomed in to disclose they are there. Comes from a non-smoking home. Measurements are approximate: 16” across waist lying flat 19” from top to bottom
