Someone has me put 25 items on hold drops it down to 12 increases it back to 20 cancels this adds this and then gets their single item order and wants to return it to me and have me exchange it. Have you experienced this before? I'm asking you because I think you've sold a lot more items than I have and I don't really know what to do?

They ended up canceling their bundle for a one item order and now want to exchange it?🧐 I actually never had anyone ask for an exchange before and that would probably be complicated with shipping and everything. If that would happen to me and they want to exchange, I suppose I would have them return for a refund. But I know that it would be your decision to do that.

tapqueen1957 @synthia I agree that exchanging items is not part of the Poshmark policy. This would create a nightmare for all sellers. I always assumed that once you purchase the item it is yours. Sometimes we just get something that’s not right and we can reposh or give to a friend. Go with your instinct 💕👍💕☺️
