The 2 center stones are 1 carat (6.5mm) and .50 carat (5mm), with small round cut Sapphires surrounding the infinity setting. Comes on a 20" chain Beautifully designed... Great alternative to Diamonds, cubic zirconia, or Moissanite, in a natural gemstone... in my experience, White Sapphires do not have the fire that a Moissanite or Diamond has.
