WHITE by Vera Wang red chiffon formal gown

Reposhing this item I purchased from @myfittingroom. Loved it but went with another dress for my event. This has only been tried on once in the house. Runs large for a size 10, fits like a street 12. Belt/sash loops present, but the dress itself does not come with a belt or sash (it did not come to me with a belt or sash). Flat measurements according to original listing: Total length 60” Pit to pit 18” (will fit a 38” bust with room to spare due to the open back) Waist 15” (will fit a 32” waist with room to spare) Hips 22” Questions?
