WHO WHAT WEAR, Blue white stripe Ruffle skirt

I love this skirt but it does not fit me. It is new…never worn. 100% cotton and adoreable! Ruffle runs along the bottom and up the side front. Great with white eyelet blouse. Waist is 34” but will stretch to maybe 48”. Length is 33”. This one sold out fast. Some elastic on back of waist but not too bulky looking. Elaine
