WHY Dress Top Blouse Black White plaid, tie, pussybow, excellent M

This darling black and white check/plaid blouse by Why Dress is very versatile. It looks great with Jean's or dressed up. It has a loose fit, size medium. A sort of boat neck with a tie. Buttons down the front. The sleeves are sort of belled with large cuffs that can we worn folded up into a 3/4 look or down for long sleeve. There are several details like a gathered sleeve into the cuff and cute ruching type gathering in the back holding the tie. I only wore this blouse twice. It is still in excellent condition.
