WHY Dress White Cold Shoulder Top, M

Rare find! Gorgeous cold shoulder top! Features pleated flare sleeves with velvet trim and bow details. The top is new, never worn. There is a tiny pink mark on the right shoulder (shown on the picture above). Im pretty sure it will disappear after the first wash.
