josephlau @shifra01 why would you give me only 2 stars? i shipped the item only a couple of hours after you made the purchase. the item was EXACTLY as described. the shoes and the box was in perfect condition. your complaint was that it was to small i sent you the exact size that you ordered, you had 3 days to inspect and try on the shoes. so i will ask again why 2 stars? i did nothing wrong and everything right. im asking you to do the right thing and change the rating to 5 stars. thank you
