This romper is adorable and I wish it still fit me or they still carried it. True size 3X works great for apron bellies and works best for a larger chest. You will see in the last photo that there is a safety pin. I spoke to the manufacturer and something happened when they made the 3x size in this item that they made the right breast plate larger than the left, therefore causing me to have to pin up a section of the right breast plate otherwise it will look weird. I do not have large breasts so maybe with a larger chest it will fill it out better and you will not need the safety pin but as you can see from the picture posted, I pinned it and it looks identical to how I am wearing it in the first photo.
